Said Pawar, “We are participating in this Expo for the third time. We really enjoyed having a very good response. Kent is into toll management system (installed in 900 lanes all over India) and highway traffic management system. We are known in the industry for our indigenously designed products suitable for Indian conditions. In HTMS, we have developed our own ECB (Emergency Communication Box) solutions and also VMS. Even the software developed for HTMS is an integrated solution. It is an intelligent software that can take decisions depending upon the data it receives from the sensors installed on the roads”.

The panel discussion on Enforcement authorities on the topic ‘Challenges in Traffic Management and On-site Accident Management’ had Milind Rambhau Bharambe, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Mumbai; Jitender, IGP & Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad City, and P Prakash, IPS,, Principal, Police Training College, Kerala Police as the panel members. Another panel discussion on ‘Public Bus Operations Management & Technology’ had Yashas Bhargav of LUMIPLAN ITS India Pvt. Ltd., Nicolas Morael, Regional Sales Manager – Asia, Ixxi (RATP Group), Dhawal Ashar, Senior Associate – Urban Transport & Road Safety, WRI India and Serbjeet Kohli, Director, Steer Davies Gleave, India as the speakers.
