” It’s not just an exhibition—it’s a chance for the exhibitors to position themselves as leaders in smart mobility wanting to shape the future of urban transport in India.”
With most of the exhibitors – both the first timers and companies already with the Expo for many years–wanting to come back for the 2026 edition, expectations have also started building up for the next edition at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Suggestions ranged from bringing in more AI, innovations in traffic enforcement, policies for road safety, and increased joint engagements. “Visitors came up with queries and requirements. We would go back and develop use cases to be able to include these in our portfolio.”

The open conference sessions gave opportunities for many to access information and meet with industry experts.
The 13th edition of Trafficinfratech Expo along with Parking Infratech Expo and Roadinfratech Expo, Asia’s largest integrated platform for traffic management, parking technologies, road construction, security, surveillance and smart mobility solutions, concluded on a very high note with visitors from across India. The expo, held over three days showcased 300+ brands, featuring the theme “Enabling Responsible Infrastructure and Mobility.” The 2025 edition emphasised innovation, sustainability and collaboration between government, industry and technology leaders.
Highlighting the special emphasis on “Transforming Transportation for the Future”, the Expo included signing of an MoU between CDAC and ICAT for indigenous technology development in the automotive sector, as well as expert sessions such as Digital Twin for Mobility: Building Transportation Solutions with Local Technologies and a high-level panel discussion on “Strategic support for homegrown technology solutions in the transportation sector.”
The expo, organised by Virtual Info Systems Pvt Ltd and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd, was supported by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, National Highways Authority of India, Central Road Research Institute, and National Highway Builders Fund (NHBF).
The unique feature this year has been that each Conference session was designed in collaboration with organisations and department like IHMCl, CUMTA, HOA(I) and ITS India Forum.

Sharing his thoughts on some of the leading projects, exhibitor, AL Narasimhan, Vice President, Prama India Pvt Ltd said, “We have been participating for several years and this has been a great launch pad for introducing new products.” He appreciated the organisers for bringing a pool of genuine quality visitors for their products and new launches. Government bodies are reaching out to the companies that are building systems that impart road safety, better enforcement and reduce travel times. Bhardwaj Naik, Chief Revenue Officer, Videonetics, said, “One of our key products is the Intelligent Traffic Management System and we have displayed a dashboard here. We have been consistent partners in this event as we find value in it. We have received quality footfalls from a lot of first-time customers across all three days. This is a good collaborative platform to showcase our products to a relevant audience.”

We are expecting a good outcome of our conversions through this show. We are one of the few exhibitors who have been participating for the last 8-10 years.”
Ayush Bagaria, Director, Shyam Metalics Crash Barrier Unit, found the event a good platform to build connections. “We are exhibiting our crash barrier systems, which enhance road safety and save lives. Joydeep Shome, Deputy Director General, National Informatics Centre, lauded the indigenous development of tech-based systems. “It has been a great opportunity to participate in various discussions and deliberations, connect with the ecosystem and exchange views for building better solutions for safety and management. It is encouraging to see so many Make in India state-of-the-art products, such as AI-based traffic management, detection and tolling systems, which are evolving every day.”
Trafficinfratech Expo is a great place to showcase new technologies. We have been here since many years and this year too, the experience has been very good. We are showcasing our multi-lane free flow technology. We are very happy to share that Tecsidel has been awarded as a subcontractor to Jio Payment Banks for two of the projects–Shahjahanpur and Manoharpur. Definitely, this is the place where we can meet a lot of good customers every year. We are very excited.
