It is a robust communication system that comprises of emergency telephone boxes installed at the highway or in client’s premises and connected to a control centre for swift emergency response. Available in more than 40 different variants, we provide a complete built to order customised ECB solution as per clients requirements. The system is widely used in highways, railways, smart cities, tunnels, factories, prisons, campus, mines, public parks etc.
End-to-end Solution: The call boxes are connected to a central server through network of Ethernet/Optical Fibre cables or Wireless Network LTE/4G/3G/2G. The operator terminal is served by a reliable and secure software with Voice data logger & PBX server backed by a VOIP system to attend the calls.
Design compliances: The design components of the system comply to international standards such as CE, FCC, IP65
Remote Service: Call management application with a live site map (GIS), the calls for help can be captured & monitored with precise caller location & served as requested.
Direct routing to Emergency Services: If required, the call can be transferred and connected directly to some emergency service such as a hospital, fire-brigade or police assistance. Connectivity Options: The system runs on an Ethernet network with Optical Fiber or Copper Network connectivity or on GSM – LTE/4G/3G/2G Connectivity or a hybrid model combining GSM & Optical Network.
Body Type: The system is available in SS, MS, GI and FRP material, depending on the client’s need and budget.
