If the success of the first TrafficInfraTech Expo held in February this year in New Delhi is any measure, the second one scheduled for May 2012 at Mumbai promises to be a great show. It is already generating greater expectations. For many traffic companies, it is a coming back to a different region and for the new exhibitors, it is lire exploring wider opportunities. Being organised by Virtual Info Systems Pvt Ltd at Bombay Exhibition Grounds, Mumbai, in association with Italy’s Fierabolzano Messebozen and Afidamp Servizi srl, TrafficInfraTech Expo will bring together national and international stakeholders in the fields of Traffic Safety, Management/Solutions, Infrastructure, Toll, Parking, Public Transport and Environment.
Apart from a number of Indian companies, exhibitors who have confirmed participation are from USA, the UK, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Croatia, Canada and Qatar. Almost 75% of the space has already been booked and the show is poised to turn into a significant traffic expo. The participation of some of India’s leading Infrastructure companies has given the Expo a new dimension. In fact, IL&FS, is one of the main sponsors of the event.
Products/systems for toll operation, road safety, parking, road marking, street lighting, highway security and vehicle tracking will be on display. Also showcased will be products like electronic sensors, access control systems, noise barriers, reflective/signages and breath analysers.
