Cummins India has launched the first fleet of eight BS-VI mobile training vans in India. The objective behind the launch of these vehicles is to educate and offer training on the BS-VI technology engines. The vans will be travelling to multi-cities across the length and breadth of the country.
The Cummins training vans will be travelling to OEM dealerships and authorized workshops for technicians, bodybuilders, drivers and customers to conduct BS-VI awareness training. This campaign will provide an opportunity for participants to have hands-on training experience without having to travel to centralized training centres. “At Cummins, it is our constant endeavour to power our customers through innovation and dependability along with a suitable strategy that addresses market requirements.”
Globally, more than 1 million Euro-6/ BS-VI equivalent and higher emission vehicles are running with Cummins engine and after-treatment system. Also, there is a Cummins single module after treatment system to give the audience a real touch and feel the experience of the Cummins technology. The training van gets LCD TV’s to impart information and training videos for the Cummins BS-VI engines.
