Bihar villages to get concrete roads

The Bihar government is planning to build concrete roads for rural clusters with a population of 250 or more people. A total of about 34,116km of such roads will be built under the Mukhya Mantri Gram Sampark Yojna in the next five years. The roads which will be single metalled roads and the project is estimated to cost ?23000 crore. A special agriculture committee, constituted at the state-level, would monitor the quality of the roads constructed under the scheme.
