Four-Lane highway corridor in AP

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently has approved the construction of a 108.134 km, four-lane Badvel-Nellore highway corridor in Andhra Pradesh. The project will be developed under the Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer model and is expected to enhance connectivity by linking important nodes across three major industrial corridors: the Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor, the Hyderabad-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor , and the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor.
