The main industries that we cover are Construction, Infrastructure & Toll. The purpose of installing in-motion weighbridges at toll plazas is to protect the roads from damages caused by overloaded vehicles. Our equipment helps to check whether overload is happening and to what extent? It also helps to know the road damage caused due to over loading. The ROI for concessionaire on the solution is between one year to two years maximum and depends on the movement of the traffic. Essae machines are designed as per the compliance of MORTH, NHAI & IHMCL

At toll plazas we have installed static weigh bridges on the right & left directions and the capacity of weigh bridge is 120 MT with a platform size of 18m x 3m. In each lane of the toll plaza we have installed MSWIM (Bending Plate) with a capacity of 40 tons per axle. These have an accuracy of ±5% at a speed of 70kmph and is tested & proven technology for Indian road conditions. We have model approvals from Department of Legal Metrology, Delhi, Government of India and all our products are tested at RRSL (Regional Reference Standard Laboratory), Bangalore.

Re-aligning to Changes:

Road infrastructure is undergoing rapid development throughout India, resulting in significant technological advancements in various aspects such as speed, accuracy, time, vehicle identification, and weight compliance with IHMCL/NHAI regulations. Essae has introduced High-Speed Weigh-in-Motion (utilizing Quartz or Piezo technology) to detect instances of overloading during the high-speed movement of vehicles at toll plazas with unrestricted flow.
