The Tamil Nadu government is spending र40 Cr to ensure road safety in the state by setting up traffic signals and carrying out road-widening projects. As part of the state government’s Vision 2023, we will have projects worth र15 lakh Cr for the development of transport sector, urban infrastructure and so on. Funds worth र3 lakh Cr has been allotted for building quality roads and development of transport sector.
