Service centres for citizens at RTOs

Goa state Directorate of Transport will soon have Citizen Service Centres (CSC) at all its road transport offices (RTOs). The centres will be equipped to provide a single-window delivery mechanism for various government services. With email and SMS-based status notification at every stage, the system will also be integrated with digi-locker, Aadhaar and a payment gateway.
