Charging station for e-buses at Manjri depot

The National Highways Authority of India is considering setting  up  of EV charging stations along the national highways in the country. Over  650 properties spanning across 22 states that comprises of a combined area of more than 3000 hectares  have been identified by NHAI. Some of these sites fall by the side of the upcoming Mumbai-Delhi Expressway. NHAI will be collaborating with the private sector in this initiative.  The project will help owners of EVs to take long distance journeys without difficulty.
