ANPR and Surveillance System

On board system (CCTV and Mobile ANPR System) from Aabmatica Technologies Pvt. Ltd provides special tool to police patrol vehicles to record any event at any destination and to monitor number plates of moving and stopped vehicles. It has a user-friendly interface to choose the preset position for recognizing plates on the touch screen. It periodically transmits GPS coordinates to the central system, enabling tracking. It continuously acquires images and automatically detects plates. There is a unique camera for ANPR and context image and video-surveillance, eliminating the need for additional camera for context images. The system works with both color and b/w pictures and with both back and front side number plates. It compares plates in real time with the suspected list (or more than one list) stored in the vehicle. In case the plate belongs to a suspected vehicles list it does the following actions:memorizes images with the geographical positions or transmits images to a control room through UMTS/ HSDPA network.
