TRAFFICINFRATECH EXPO 2024

This has been excellent experience especially meeting people from different backgrounds. We
could experience collaboration, learnings, especially about Green Technologies, cameras, radars
etc. The expo gave effective understanding of the entire system and in the capacity of the DoT,
I understand ITS more than what we see from the ICT perspective. Biggest takeaway is working
together, having standardisation and collaborating with all stakeholders including the different
verticals. Presentation by my Japanese colleague relating to smartphone was very interesting. The
ITS industry has to work closely with the Ministry of Communications to get the right spectrum.

The experience has been excellent. I have been coming
here for the last five years and this year the conference
sessions were really great and I particularly liked the
Green to Greener session where the international
European experiences were shared from the
concessionaire’s perspective and how to make our
national highways greener can be brought in in India.

We feel there is a GNSS ATC stack story that will get unfolded in years to come and having
participated for first time in India at Trafficinfratech Expo, we have come across humungous
possibilities in terms of getting aligned with stakeholders. We are very buoyed up by our
engagement over last two days. The show provides a very democratized platform, I feel, where
industry can integrate and align with the product and service profiles offered here. I would also
expect Trafficinfratech to take a leap from here to be more inclusive and aggressive in terms of the
spread so that startups come forward and participate in the stack story.
